Processing & Shipping Time

  • Handling Time: 5 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) via FedEx, DHL, and UPS

  • Total Delivery Time: 9 to 11 business days

Is customs, tax, and duty included in free shipping?

All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes?

We do not accept APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses. For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery.

How do I track the delivery of my package?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by visiting the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Is it possible to change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us via email to update your address. If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier with your tracking number to request an address change.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

How long does it take for custom orders to be delivered?

Custom orders are our priority, and we aim to ship them within 2-3 weeks. However, due to the custom nature, the delivery time may vary. If you have a specific deadline, please inform your design consultant to ensure timely delivery.
