30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a straightforward and customer-friendly 30-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
✅ Full Refund – Unused items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a 100% refund in the original form of payment.
✅ Exchanges Available – If you wish to exchange an item, you can select another product. If the new item is priced higher, the price difference must be paid.
✅ Return Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling fees for returns or exchanges.

✅ No Restocking Fees – We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
✅ Fast Refund Processing – Once we receive the returned parcel, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
✅ Shipping Guidelines – Returns and exchanges must be sent via a reliable shipping service such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS. We do not accept returns via USPS.
Note: Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
Order Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order to receive a full refund.
📌 If an order is canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, a 25% service fee will be deducted from the refund.
📌 Once an item has been shipped, cancellations or modifications (such as size changes) will no longer be possible.

Defective or Damaged Products
